This was magic. The garden setting, the food, the waiter … it was perfection. The staff were so lovely; the waiter even told us we could stay long as we liked whereas other restaurants in Tuscany start clearing the table after dessert. Highly recommend.

Definitely an address for all people wishing for delicious vegan dishes. The watermelon carpaccio was surprisingly original and tasty and I had never tried tofu grilled that way. The restaurant is on a hill overlooking the beautiful Tuscan countryside, and the service was the perfect combination of helpful and friendly. We had a fantastic time!

Beautiful space with great views of the sunset over the hills and the old city. Excellent food, great presentation. Lots of vegan and vegetarian options, including a great lemon soy mousse and veggie foie gras (pictured). Service was very friendly, and the hostess spent the time to explain the entire menu to us in English. Worth the trip, would definitely go back!

This restaurant is incredible! Most of their dishes feature unexpected flavor combinations and are expertly prepared, all using fresh, high-quality ingredients. There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, and they aren’t just an afterthought—they’re clearly the stars of the menu. What I love is that they don’t try to make the vegan and vegetarian dishes mimic meat or replace meat. Instead, they showcase the ingredients’ full potential, celebrating their unique flavors.Honestly, the hardest part was deciding what to order because everything sounded so delicious. The staff explains each dish in detail, and it truly feels like they’re describing a work of art.I decided to try the “Millefoglie of roasted watermelon with spicy tofu mousse,” which was so different from anything I’d had before—and it was an excellent choice! The texture and flavor of the watermelon were incredible. You could recognize it as watermelon from the aftertaste, but it was marinated and roasted into something much more complex. The tofu sauce was equally delicious and paired perfectly with the meaty texture of the watermelon. The tagliolini alla barbabietola was also fantastic, cooked perfectly al dente despite being fresh pasta, and the flavor was spot on.The “Variation of eggplants” was another highlight and something I won’t forget! Eggplants are usually tasty, but they’re not always cooked right in restaurants. Sometimes they turn out watery or chewy, but these were perfect. Not only was the texture spot on, but the fillings and sauces were absolutely delicious. Honestly, I could’ve eaten five portions.I’m not much of a dessert person, but I did try their reconstructed peach dessert, which was as beautiful as it was delicious. All in all, I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s only 10 minutes from Siena, so there’s no excuse not to visit. My advice? Step outside your comfort zone and try something you wouldn’t normally order. You won’t be disappointed by the unexpected flavors.Highly recommended!

A fabulous place, just outside Siena in a beautiful countryside setting. Great quality ingredients, tasty and unusual combinations. Had the egg with truffles, homemade pasta with pear and hazelnut and some delicious local wine. Service was immaculate, very friendly and attentive. All in all a great experience.

A real hearty place!! We took the advice from another review here and went there early for a sunset aperitif on their lovely garden. Then dinner at the restaurant’s terrace. Food was great (Osso Buco was excellent), attentive service and lovely environment.

It has been absolutely a pleasure to eat in this restaurant. They have top quality ingredients and they are able to combine them in delicious plates. Their philosophy start from vegetarian cousins which is fantastic and they are able to make you happy even if you are celiac. Must try!
